Promote a healthcare culture of continuous improvement in quality, safety and value that provides the most effective and efficient care, while encouraging communication, collaboration, and transparency. Equipping Iowa and the nation to raise the standard of care, align clinicians for continuous improvement, engage the community for sustainable healthcare transformation, and promote responsible reporting of healthcare information.

Promote innovative approaches to improve healthcare quality, patient safety and leadership performance to enhance patient satisfaction and increase efficiency
Equip healthcare leaders and providers to raise the standard of care
Produce high-quality, rigorous, and up-to-date education to shape healthcare quality and delivery
